This week, we've finally confirmed our menu for the hot lunch. My group and I will be finalizing the expenditure that's required for our hot lunch. In addition to creating the menu on our hot lunch, we contacted Ms. Marji Pangelinan, and we were informed that we can donate pencils and pencil cases instead. This week, nothing has gone wrong and we have not faced any challenges yet. Through the process of seeking another item for donation, we've learned that if we do not stay on task and execute all the plans that were made, our success is highly unlikely. Over the past week, our communication skills have become better. We have learned the proper email etiquette through the process of emailing Ms. Marji Pangelinan. Since we've changed our donation, we have to adjust our time line and set the date on when we will order the goods. If our hotlunch is successful, we will be on time for delivery. Our next action is meeting with Ms. Marji Pangelinan to schedule when and how we will present our donation.
